The success of these initiatives is helpless on politics support as well as citizens conductation of e-government service. This research identify the attitudes and perceptions of the citizens of Kuwait, a developing country, towards the adoption of e-government run. Based on preceding research exploring the determinants of the adoption of e-government services using an amended recital of the UTAUT model, the study reported here(predicate) investigates the factors that influence the take-up of such service s. These factors are related to utilizefulness, move of intention, reforming bureaucracy, cultural and social influences, engineering experience issues and lack of awareness. Conclusions and implication for stopping point makers are too considered in this paper.
