I maintain that the first amendments establishment clause regarding religion was to protect citizens free exercise of religion from state interests and not to protect state interests from religion. So while the caprice of separation between church and state is aged, it is also radically wide and a misinterpretation of the first amendment. In fact the assumed man and enactment of such a ra dical ideal has caused a violation of the 9th amendment as well which states, The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. I ascertain that restriction in education against material because of its source, intelligent objectives (ID) link to creationism in this case, is a violation of the first amendments free speech clause and further misinterpretation of the first amendment to chuck out material because of its arguably apparitional source is a violation of the ninth amendment.
